How does the UX Mentorship program work?

1. Schedule a call so we can establish your goals.

2. We will define a strategy, generally between 4 and 6 months of work together

3. We will follow the plan in Trello so that we can keep an overview of the progress.

4. Depending on the goals, the program could be the focus on the development of a project or could be merely specific techniques and tools.

5. You will receive weekly recommendations for reading articles, books or following tool courses.

6. We review your CV, Portfolio and profile deeply in Linkedin.

7. We will simulate interviews and practical tasks so you can be ready for getting a job

Mentoring UX is my way to share my knowledge with others; other UX Designers write articles or organize meetups. In my case, I prefer a short distance even if it´s online.
This mentorship program is designed for those who have just started a new UX Design or Research role and are struggling to apply the theory they learnt on their UX course or Bootcamp.
You can start with any knowledge, I have been mentoring people with all kind of backgrounds, UX Designers are problem solvers, so if you consider yourself a thinker, we have most of the work done.
The first call is free, once we set-up a plan we can talk about price, paying by hours could be expensive so we can see the possibility of set-up a global estimate.

First of all, you will learn about the different ways to approach a project. We will go through a real project so we will learn all the techniques, skills and tools that you can deal with during the design process like Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design or UI Design.

I review daily job offers so I´m aware of the most demanded skills and tools, anyway I work daily with most of them so we can see depending on your goals which is the right combination for you.
Absolutely yes, as far as I know, 90% of my students get a job in the first two months after finishing the mentoring program. Only if you live in a remote place could be harder, but these days it is possible to work remotely, so it is not impossible. Schedule a call with me, and we can evaluate your real options.
